MRPS27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS27-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-11, MMP26, and C10orf53. Each is linked with MRPS27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-11 grouped by MRPS27-low versus MRPS27-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
