MRPS12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,008 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, LINC00702, and CACNA1C. Each is linked with MRPS12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS12-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS12 versus LMOD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
