MRPS11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,429 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSPN, DENND2A, and MAMDC2. Each is linked with MRPS11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS11 versus SSPN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
