Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL53P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,907 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL53P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of innate immune response, Regulation of miRNA metabolic process, and 3'-UTR-mediated mRNA stabilization. Each is linked with MRPL53P1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL53P1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL53P1 results are reported.
