MRPL52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,112 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT5, SUPT16H, and SSRP1. Each is linked with MRPL52 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL52-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL52 versus PRMT5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL52→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
