MRPL41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,408 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GAPVD1, TRAM1, and ACAA2. Each is linked with MRPL41 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL41-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL41 versus GAPVD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL41→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
