MRPL41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,441 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL41-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS3, CD33, and C7. Each is linked with MRPL41 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL41-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL41 versus MAGI2-AS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL41→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
