MRPL41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-176P, RNU1-76P, and RNU6-179P. Each is linked with MRPL41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL41-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-176P grouped by MRPL41-low versus MRPL41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL41→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
