Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,009 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CTP salvage, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with MRPL41 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL41-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL41 results are reported.
