MRPL39

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL39 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,349 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL39-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CO2, PPFIA2, and ADAMTS10. Each is linked with MRPL39 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL39-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL39 versus MT-CO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL39→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
