MRPL37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL37 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL37-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, STAT3_pY705, and 14-3-3_epsilon. Each is linked with MRPL37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL37-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by MRPL37-low versus MRPL37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL37→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
