Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,181 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic spindle elongation, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with MRPL37 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL37-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL37 results are reported.
