Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,714 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL37-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLTF, ID1, and RILPL1. Each is linked with MRPL37 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL37-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 versus HLTF in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
