Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-967P, RNU6-1034P, and MIR575. Each is linked with MRPL22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL22-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-967P grouped by MRPL22-low versus MRPL22-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
