Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-967P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-967P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-967P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RNU6-967P RNA expression shows 12,234 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight ACC, LUSC, and UCEC as cancer lineages where RNU6-967P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
