Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-967P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-967P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNU6-967P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-967P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ACC, UCEC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-967P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
