MRPL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,039 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, BMP4, and PTH1R. Each is linked with MRPL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL2 versus PCOLCE in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
