MRPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1245A, RNU1-143P, and CIDECP1. Each is linked with MRPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1245A grouped by MRPL2-low versus MRPL2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
