MRPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEA-15_pS116, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MRPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEA-15_pS116 grouped by MRPL2-low versus MRPL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
