Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,540 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with MRPL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL2 results are reported.
