Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRL1, TRAF7, and OR56B4. Each is linked with MRPL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL2 results are reported.
