MRPL15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R4, DRD5P2, and RNU6-525P. Each is linked with MRPL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL15-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R4 grouped by MRPL15-low versus MRPL15-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
