MROH9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MROH9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2, LINGO4, and NPY2R. Each is linked with MROH9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH9-to-partner and partner-to-MROH9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by MROH9-low versus MROH9-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
