MRGPRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2Z1, RNY3P9, and TRAJ46. Each is linked with MRGPRF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2Z1 grouped by MRGPRF-low versus MRGPRF-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
