MRGPRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRGPRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT1, WFDC8, and FAM71B. Each is linked with MRGPRF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTRT1 grouped by MRGPRF-low versus MRGPRF-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
