MRGBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,387 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABLES2, ADNP, and MTG2. Each is linked with MRGBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGBP-to-partner and partner-to-MRGBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRGBP versus CABLES2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
