MPP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM3, GPHN, and ATPAF2. Each is linked with MPP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP4-to-partner and partner-to-MPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM3 grouped by MPP4-low versus MPP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
