MPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC1, RN7SL632P, and ACKR1. Each is linked with MPO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPO-to-partner and partner-to-MPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AOC1 grouped by MPO-low versus MPO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
