Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-958P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-958P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-958P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU6-958P RNA expression shows 9,132 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight MESO, THCA, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RNU6-958P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
