MPND

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPND protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPND-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB25, TRBV26, and CSF3R. Each is linked with MPND in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPND-to-partner and partner-to-MPND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPND versus RAB25 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPND→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
