MPI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,469 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, CBX8, and FBXO22. Each is linked with MPI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPI-to-partner and partner-to-MPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPI versus RRBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
