Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,225 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2_S139, MCM4_T110, and TIMELESS_S1173. Each is linked with MPHOSPH9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPHOSPH9 versus MCM2_S139 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
