Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1059P, MIR4650-2, and SDR42E1P1. Each is linked with MPHOSPH6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH6-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1059P grouped by MPHOSPH6-low versus MPHOSPH6-high in BRCA.
