Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,865 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MON1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED1, ZSCAN22, and GUSBP11. Each is linked with MON1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1B-to-partner and partner-to-MON1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MON1B versus MED1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
