Across TCGA cell cohorts, MON1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,067 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MON1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral transcription, Late viral transcription, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with MON1B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1B-to-partner and partner-to-MON1B results are reported.
