MOGAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,293 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEXN, FSTL1, and FBN1. Each is linked with MOGAT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOGAT1 versus NEXN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
