MOB3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,565 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, SIPA1L2_S148, and STRBP. Each is linked with MOB3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB3B versus SAMHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
