Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,972 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOB3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3A, GRHPR, and HK1. Each is linked with MOB3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3B-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB3B versus EIF3A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
