Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,920 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPED1, CDC6, and TIMM10B. Each is linked with MOB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB2-to-partner and partner-to-MOB2 results are reported.
