MOB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5AP3, MIR6728, and VENTXP3. Each is linked with MOB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB2-to-partner and partner-to-MOB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYB5AP3 grouped by MOB2-low versus MOB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
