MOB1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,961 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMI, MCM2, and MCM2_S139. Each is linked with MOB1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB1A versus NMI in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
