MOB1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51G1, RN7SKP221, and TRDD1. Each is linked with MOB1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51G1 grouped by MOB1A-low versus MOB1A-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
