Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOB1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,299 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOB1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP11, C1D, and BIRC6. Each is linked with MOB1A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB1A versus DUSP11 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
