Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOB1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,187 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Protein localization to chromosome, and Negative regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with MOB1A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB1A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB1A results are reported.
