Across TCGA cell cohorts, MNX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51T1, GSG1L2, and TBC1D3. Each is linked with MNX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNX1-to-partner and partner-to-MNX1 results are reported.
