Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MNX1-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MNX1-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MNX1-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MNX1-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, DLBC, and ACC are the cancer types where MNX1-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
