Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P4, PHBP15, and BNIP3P32. Each is linked with MNT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNT-to-partner and partner-to-MNT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P4 grouped by MNT-low versus MNT-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
