MMS22L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMS22L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMS22L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, ATAD2, and SMC2. Each is linked with MMS22L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMS22L-to-partner and partner-to-MMS22L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMS22L versus RRM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMS22L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMS22L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
