Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMS19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R39, ITGAD, and SPATA4. Each is linked with MMS19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMS19-to-partner and partner-to-MMS19 results are reported.
