MMP8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,826 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR1, and CXCL1. Each is linked with MMP8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP8-to-partner and partner-to-MMP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP8 versus FCGR3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
